Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your titanium kitchenware has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 15–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 17–25 business days
  • Australia: 15–24 business days
  • Canada: 14–20 business days
  • Worldwide: 20–30 business days

Please note: During peak seasons or customs checks, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside of our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It’s essential to provide complete and correct shipping details at checkout. Incomplete information may cause delays or cancellations. If our system detects a shipping issue, our support team will reach out within 3 business days. If we do not receive a reply, the order may be canceled.

To modify your shipping details, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist, but we can’t guarantee changes after this time frame.

Delayed Delivery

At Tataiko, we aim for timely delivery—but sometimes, delays happen due to weather, customs, or courier disruptions. If your titanium item is delayed, we’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you updated.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to stock issues, address verification, or payment processing. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that Tataiko is not liable for shipping delays caused by external events and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, our team is always here to support you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After we hand off your order to the courier, Tataiko no longer has control over its transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us and the courier service directly. You may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We’ll follow up with the courier and keep you informed. While Tataiko is not responsible for lost or stolen items, we will do our best to assist and may provide a replacement based on the situation.
